Restart PrintSmart Ver.4 DCA

Please perform the troubleshooting steps below on the computer that PrintSmart was installed on:

Use the windows program manager to search for the DCA by typing "Printer DCA" in the search box and open the program (type here to search box with magnifying glass on Xindows 10)

Click the "Options" button and press STOP then START

After clicking "START" a window will pop up stating "the program is not running, would you like to start the service."

Click "YES"
