PRESS RELEASE – NOVEMBER 9, 2020
Copiers Northwest continued its annual streak of being named an Elite Dealer by ENX Magazine, a trade publication that monitors and reports on the office technology industry and honors the USA’s premier dealers each year. Although the award is coveted by office technology dealers nationwide, only a select few capture it.
Copiers Northwest, one of the USA’s largest and most admired office technology companies, was one of only a dozen dealers in the $50-$100 million category to receive the honor. Copiers Northwest’s president, Gregg Petrie attributes the company’s annual selection to the hard work of the employees and their dedication to a customer service culture.
“The primary reason we receive this prestigious award every year is that from sales to service to administration, our people have a customer first mentality,” remarked Petrie, who along with his brother Mark, founded Copiers Northwest 36 years ago. “The proof is in our Net Promoter Score, a customer satisfaction rating done by a third party. According to experts any score above 70 translates into a world class service rating. In 2020, Copiers Northwest has an average Net Promoter Score of 96.3 and in four of the months received a perfect 100.”
